CONFIRMATION and eTICKETS Immediately you complete your order a confirmation will be emailed. etickets are NOT sent until close to the performance. If we have your mobile number, tickets for you to show at the door will arrive no more than 48 hours beforehand. Please check communications for correct ticket dates and times. Mistakes cannot be rectified unless promptly notified. REFUNDS Please be sure you are aware of the refund policy for the tickets you are purchasing. TICKET OPTIONS: If you have a Promo Code (special offers, etc) please enter it further down to access Priority options and seating. PRIORITY and SUPPORTER members do not need a Promo Code to access normal priority booking. Discounts may not apply until you have proceeded to Log in and enter customer details.
